Introductory Course

This course begins with basic opening and stretching excersises (Qi Gong) necessary to obtain full benefit of T'ai Chi Ch'uan practice.
From the preparatory exercises the class moves into the study of the Yang style long form of T'ai Chi Ch'uan. The class includes correct body alignments, balanced movements and martial applications of the forms.

7:15 to 8:30 PM Wednesdays

Instructor: Joey Carrol has been studying T'ai Chi Ch'uan and Qigong for over twenty years with some of the most highly regarded teachers and Masters. Among his teachers are Paul Gallagher, Master William C.C Chen and Master T.T. Liang.
