Core Fitness is a great compliment to any exercise program, yet targeted to those with back pain, weak abdominal muscles, and those wanting to increase postural alignment. Appropriate for ages 16 and up. Modified positions for beginners to advanced.

Holly Levesque's knowledge of health and wellness has been acquired through both education and experience. At Plymouth State College she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1995 studying Exercise Science and Health Education. As an undergraduate she was a two sport varsity athlete and was an avid weight trainer. In 1997 she completed a program in Massage Therapy at the New Hampshire Institute for Theraputic Arts, followed by 6 years owning and operating Bodymind Therapies. This business provided theraputic massage and wellness education. In 2004 she earned her Master's Degree in Health Education while concurrently working as an adjunct teacher. Major courses taught included exercise physiology lab, weight training, circuit training and soccer. Holly has also coached high school soccer, taught preschool, instructed gymnastics, and spent a year as faculty at The New Hampton School, a private high school, teaching the Science of Fitness, coaching girls soccer, and running the winter fitness program. Recently Holly has become a new mother and is excited about incorporating fitness instruction into her schedule. Born and raised in New Hampshire, Holly has always been an outdoor enthusiast and has regularly participated in a variety of activities including soccer, running, hiking, mountain biking, weight training, rock climbing, meditation and yoga. |
